Clubs, academies and teams

Clubs and teams

Sessions designed to integrate mental work into the organisation of a group, staff or season, in formats compatible with the realities of a sporting organisation.

Workshops and group sessions

A one-off workshop can address a specific need: preparing for an event, responding to mistakes, managing difficult phases, concentration, sleep, mental recovery or collective routines. Content remains adapted to the group’s age, level and sport.

Collaboration with staff

The work is developed with coaches, performance staff, academy managers or coordinators. This collaboration respects the club’s culture, schedule, field constraints and each person’s responsibilities.

Mental skills programmes

A series of sessions or a programme integrated into the season can help establish shared reference points: goals, routines, reviews, fatigue management, communication, cohesion and balance in performance.

Cohesion and performance culture

At team level, the mental dimension also concerns clarity of roles, quality of interactions, collective responses after difficulty and how to maintain consistent expectations without undermining people.

Possible formats

Formats can include a one-off workshop, a themed session, a series of sessions, support for staff, team follow-up or a programme integrated into the season. The choice depends on the audience, objectives and desired level of integration.

Ethical and confidential framework

Sessions are conducted within a clear framework for confidentiality, objectives and what information may be shared. Individual information is not used as a tool for selection, evaluation or control.
